A medication management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Service Portfolio Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage a team of service account managers and specialists
- Define the maintenance and services strategy and offerings for products and subscription offers
- Collaborate closely with the product team to drive the end-to-end
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 12 or more years of experience working with enterprise customers or health systems
- 5 or more years of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions, understanding TAM, customer demand, etc.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment with a distributed management team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
