Job Summary

A financial service and banking company is filling a position for a Remote Service Quality Analyst 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recommending changes in procedures and workflow to improve work quality and productivity
  • Providing regular reports to management summarizing the quality performance of the assigned area
  • Performing reviews and evaluations of work quality and productivity standards for assigned product line and/or work area

Required Skills:

  • Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to complete special projects as assigned
