A financial service and banking company is filling a position for a Remote Service Quality Analyst 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Recommending changes in procedures and workflow to improve work quality and productivity
Providing regular reports to management summarizing the quality performance of the assigned area
Performing reviews and evaluations of work quality and productivity standards for assigned product line and/or work area

Required Skills:

Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to complete special projects as assigned
