A coffee company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Resilience Senior Technical Product Manager in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration
- Translate customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions
- Drive technical solution for large features/technically complex features independently
Qualifications for this position include:
- Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps
- Detail- and results-oriented
- 7+ years of industry experience in a technology environment
- Recent experience in service resilience/technology reliability at scale
- Ability to read and understand programming languages
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
