Job Summary
Supporting Facilities Operations remotely, the full-time Service Response Coordinator will manage service technician dispatch through a CMMS platform, respond to inquiries, generate work orders, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding service maintenance and repair requests through various communication channels
- Dispatch service technicians/vendors promptly and provide necessary information for effective service delivery
- Monitor and document work order progress, following up with technicians and clients to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a service dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience in maintenance services is highly preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
- High attention to detail with efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Dependability and availability for a rotational after-hours on-call schedule, including nights and weekends
