Job Summary

Working remotely in a 100% remote capacity, the Service Support Representative will manage after-hours, weekend, and overflow customer service calls across multiple time zones while providing professional support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer service calls during after-hours, weekends, and peak overflow periods
  • Assess the urgency of customer concerns and determine if escalation is required
  • Document calls and actions clearly within internal systems while maintaining high service standards
Required Qualifications
  • Strong customer service experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment
  • Previous remote/work-from-home experience is required
  • Ability to remain composed and professional during urgent or high-pressure calls
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including weekends
