Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Service Technician responsible for assessing and troubleshooting power mobility and home access equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with equipment troubleshooting and repair diagnostics via phone
  • Order warranty replacement parts and create work orders for field service technicians
  • Train customers and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a mobility equipment service technician
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and services
  • Ability to manage orders and information systems effectively
  • Dedicated home workspace with a strong internet connection
