Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Service Technician responsible for assessing and troubleshooting power mobility and home access equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with equipment troubleshooting and repair diagnostics via phone
- Order warranty replacement parts and create work orders for field service technicians
- Train customers and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a mobility equipment service technician
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and services
- Ability to manage orders and information systems effectively
- Dedicated home workspace with a strong internet connection
