Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician Remote Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and service client-owned, rental, and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms
• Assist in completing work orders and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing comments or concerns
• Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficient in computer-related skills including Microsoft 360 and enterprise software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Completion of Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums
• General understanding of diagnostic, troubleshooting, programming, and repair protocols for equipment
• Experience with data entry and documentation management
