Remote Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Service Technician to provide technical troubleshooting for Computer-to-Plate devices and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote diagnostics for hardware and electronic elements of the systems
• Stay current with industry standards and Kodak technologies related to prepress and printing
• Contribute to efficient and cost-effective solutions and processes while maintaining a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Technical Diploma in Robotics, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or comparable experience
• Ability to learn independently due to current restrictions
• Knowledge of digital prepress and printing practices is an asset
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and training
• Flexibility to work holidays and shifts covering various hours
