Job Summary

To support client needs, the full-time Remote Service Technician will test, diagnose, and service client-owned, rental, and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing work orders.

Key responsibilities
  • Test, diagnose, and service equipment remotely using telematic platforms
  • Schedule field support technicians for in-person evaluations when necessary
  • Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use and care of NSM equipment
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise software
  • Experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with telematic platforms and mobile devices
