Job Summary
To support client needs, the full-time Remote Service Technician will test, diagnose, and service client-owned, rental, and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing work orders.
Key responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, and service equipment remotely using telematic platforms
- Schedule field support technicians for in-person evaluations when necessary
- Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use and care of NSM equipment
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft 360, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise software
- Experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting protocols
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with telematic platforms and mobile devices
