Job Summary

To support client needs remotely, the part-time Remote Service Technician will test, diagnose, and service client-owned and rental equipment using telematic platforms while maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring proper documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Test, diagnose, and service equipment through remote telematic platforms
  • Schedule field support technicians for on-site evaluations when necessary
  • Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use and care of NSM equipment
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft 360 and enterprise software
  • Experience in data entry and documentation management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting protocols for NSM equipment
  • Completion of Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums
