Job Summary
To support client needs remotely, the part-time Remote Service Technician will test, diagnose, and service client-owned and rental equipment using telematic platforms while maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring proper documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, and service equipment through remote telematic platforms
- Schedule field support technicians for on-site evaluations when necessary
- Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use and care of NSM equipment
Required qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft 360 and enterprise software
- Experience in data entry and documentation management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting protocols for NSM equipment
- Completion of Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums
