Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technician Supervisor Remote Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and educate Remote Service Technicians on testing, diagnostics, and repair of products via remote platforms
- Schedule field support Technicians and assist in completing work orders and documentation
- Monitor Technician performance and productivity, ensuring high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of Call Center Experience
- Advanced understanding of enterprise software and diagnostic protocols for equipment
- Minimum of five years of experience in CRT or related fields, with supervisory experience
- Valid State Driver's License with a safe driving record
