Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician Supervisor Remote Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and educate Remote Service Technicians on testing, diagnostics, and repair of products via remote platforms
  • Schedule field support Technicians and assist in completing work orders and documentation
  • Monitor Technician performance and productivity, ensuring high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 2-4 years of Call Center Experience
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise software and diagnostic protocols for equipment
  • Minimum of five years of experience in CRT or related fields, with supervisory experience
  • Valid State Driver's License with a safe driving record
