Job Summary
An e-business solutions company has an open position for a Remote ServiceNow Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining, configuring, supporting, and updating a Tier 0 Self-help Solution for end users through ServiceNow
- Assisting with the implementation of linking the Tier 0 solution to the customer's password reset tools
- Develop systems integrations and process automation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel required 10% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree & 3+ years of experience
- ServiceNow administration experience
- Experience working with Agile Project Teams
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
