Job Summary
A a mortgage lender and financer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Administrator in St Joseph.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance core application
- Lead the effort of gathering and reviewing stakeholder process requirements and mapping them
- Administration of ServiceNow platform
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- 3+ years of Systems Administrator experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role with ITIL and ITBM processes
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB)
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
