A a mortgage lender and financer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Administrator in St Joseph.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance core application
  • Lead the effort of gathering and reviewing stakeholder process requirements and mapping them
  • Administration of ServiceNow platform

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator
  • 3+ years of Systems Administrator experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role with ITIL and ITBM processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB)
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
