Job Summary

A project portfolio management consulting firm has an open position for a Remote ServiceNow Administrator Support Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor assignment group queue for open incidents/issues/questions
  • Respond to simple questions regarding ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting user issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years working as a ServiceNow ITBM or ITSM system administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Excellent client interface skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on assignments quickly and independently
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills
