Job Summary
A project portfolio management consulting firm has an open position for a Remote ServiceNow Administrator Support Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Monitor assignment group queue for open incidents/issues/questions
- Respond to simple questions regarding ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting user issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years working as a ServiceNow ITBM or ITSM system administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Excellent client interface skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on assignments quickly and independently
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills
