Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Remote ServiceNow Business Analyst Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting functional testing, support user acceptance testing
  • Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with product and process owners
  • Identifying system deficiencies and recommend solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • This position will be performed remotely with site visits to the government facility
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • BA/BS degree in the related field
  • 1 year of experience in System Administration roles
  • Must have an Active Secret Security clearance
  • 1 year experience working in agile/scrum environment as a Business Analyst
