Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote ServiceNow Business Analyst in Fairfax.
Must be able to:
- Support the discovery, requirements gathering, training of end users and ServiceNow development lifecycle
- Lead and assist in gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute planned changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- 100% remote - following COVID 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote
- Must have an Active DOD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar, or 2 additional years of relevant experience
- 1 or more years of ServiceNow Experience
- Security+ Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
