Job Summary

An IT services provider for government agencies has a current position open for a Remote ServiceNow Business Analyst in the Seattle Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to the ServiceNow new customer "onboarding" process
  • Developing introductory/educational materials for groups to be on-boarded
  • Developing materials to assess benefits, organizational impact and feasibility of onboarding

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • ITIL Foundation (v3) certification
  • Significant service management design and implementation experience
  • 3+ years of consulting experience
  • 2+ years specific experience in IT operations infrastructure development
  • 3+ year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • All other requirements listed by company
