A software technology company that specializes in cybersecurity needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of data across the company
- Using and recommending best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company
- 2+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience
