Job Summary

An IT performance company for global 2000 companies is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Certified Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating and delivering training programs that support current staff development
• Developing and identifying training resources to enhance employee technical competence
• Collaborating with leadership to identify and coordinate internal training resources

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Must be able to travel 10% of the time to client and company sites
• Must have a Bachelors in Computer Science, Instructional Design or relevant field
• Must be a Certified ServiceNow Trainer, System Administrator, Implementation Specialist
• Must have expert public speaking and technical writing skills
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications and instruction design software
• Must have 3+ years as IT Management Consultant (hands-on technical experience)
