An IT performance company for global 2000 companies is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Certified Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and delivering training programs that support current staff development
- Developing and identifying training resources to enhance employee technical competence
- Collaborating with leadership to identify and coordinate internal training resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time to client and company sites
- Must have a Bachelors in Computer Science, Instructional Design or relevant field
- Must be a Certified ServiceNow Trainer, System Administrator, Implementation Specialist
- Must have expert public speaking and technical writing skills
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications and instruction design software
- Must have 3+ years as IT Management Consultant (hands-on technical experience)
