Job Summary
An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow CMDB Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing experience as a Functional/ Business Process Consultant
- Working with Continual Service Improvement process design and execution
- Utilizing your ITIL Certification (v3 minimum)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- SACM identification and reconciliation module experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Service Integration and Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience from professional services organization
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Service Level measurement methodologies
- 5 years’ experience with reporting requirements analysis, documentation and solution design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow as advanced user
