Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is in need of a Remote ServiceNow Configuration Management Database Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and select sources of configuration management data
  • Create asset deliverables including Physical and Functional Audit and CI Reports
  • Provide support with technical documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience
  • Expertise using ITSM tool modules: Asset, Incident, Knowledge, Change
  • Experience with Change Management review for possible changes to the environment
