Job Summary

A security management company has a current position open for a Remote ServiceNow Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Engage in application UI configuration and customizations
  • Complete workflow configuration and customizations
  • Develop client specific reporting and dashboards

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to customer sites and locations
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a key ITSM technical resource
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Basic understanding of integration methods and capabilities (ETL, FTP, REST, SOAP, JDBC)
  • Clear understanding of relational databases
