Job Summary
A business management consultant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Customer Service Management Senior Technical Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Successfully manage customer expectations
- Support the delivery Engagement Manager and client Project Manager
- Coordinate activities with the project team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Successfully performed ServiceNow TC work with other clients of similar size, scope and complexity
- Track record implementing ServiceNow CSM applications and other ServiceNow applications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- CSM CIS
- 3 years configuring and developing ServiceNow applications primarily with CSM
- Working knowledge and experience with CSM processes
