Job Summary

A business management consultant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Customer Service Management Senior Technical Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage customer expectations
  • Support the delivery Engagement Manager and client Project Manager
  • Coordinate activities with the project team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Successfully performed ServiceNow TC work with other clients of similar size, scope and complexity
  • Track record implementing ServiceNow CSM applications and other ServiceNow applications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • CSM CIS
  • 3 years configuring and developing ServiceNow applications primarily with CSM
  • Working knowledge and experience with CSM processes
