Job Summary
A software and IT company is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a successful, productive client experience ownership from contract through delivery
- Quickly identifying any client discord and proactively solving any risks before they turn into issues or problems
- Ensuring that client billing, invoicing, and payment processes are flawless
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Consulting Experience
- 1-5 years of ServiceNow Platform (or other software) experience
- 10 years of Project, Engagement, and/or Account Management experience
- 1-3 years of Organizational Change Management / Enablement
- PMP or other Project Management Certification
- Some background with Organizational Transformation and/or Advisory Consulting
