Job Summary
An information technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote ServiceNow Implementation Development Specialist in Boise.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Configure and facilitate the rollout of ServiceNow UI, modules and workflow
- Develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 to 5 years working in ServiceNow in an Admin Capacity
- Possess skills to effectively analyze and solve problems
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or equivalent
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Administrator Certification
