A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Infrastructure Specialist in Sheridan.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on the technical implementation of Change, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, etc
  • Working on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Extensive experience with End to End implementation of CMDB module using Discovery tool in ServiceNow
  • Extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform both as an Admin and Developer for 8 years
  • Well-versed in the technical implementation in Change Management, Incident Management, etc
  • Experienced with SQL and PowerShell along with knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO and SSL
  • Excellent hands on Configuration and customization of Help Desk, Change/Incident/Problem Management Modules
  • Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC
