An information technology services company is filling a position for a Remote ServiceNow ITBM Business Process Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Advising on all things functional and operationally related
- Conducting Discovery workshops and serving as the functional lead
- Defining and executing the customer's functional/operational target state transformation
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working with a breadth of IT business leads and process owners
- Experience in developing standard methods, tools & templates
- Visio and Lucidchart are your favorite tools
- Experience with PPM and / or APM Tools
