Job Summary

An information technology services and solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Knowledge Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing and implementing a long-term plan for knowledge development
  • Providing Functional ownership to the ServiceNow Knowledge Management function
  • Recommending strategies based on data collected

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • 1-2 years experience managing ServiceNow Knowledge Management content/module
  • Sound foundation in technology to ensure fluency with all Knowledge Management users
  • Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures
  • Ability to keep current on technological developments/trends
