An advanced technology company is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Platform Operations Representative in Rockville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing LDAP data and platform authentication
  • Maintaining user roles
  • Performing platform and network performance

Required Skills:

  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
  • ServiceNow platform and administration experience (patching, version updates)
  • Familiarity with platform resource, performance and network management
  • Experience supporting LDAP data and platform authentication including permissions administration experience
  • Edge encryption knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of information security and a working relationship with Corporate Information Security (CIS)
