Job Summary

A science and technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Project Analyst and Queue Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Engage in quality assurance of the ticket lifecycle management process
  • Create regular reporting of project status

Qualifications for this position include:
