A science and technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Project Analyst and Queue Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Engage in quality assurance of the ticket lifecycle management process
  • Create regular reporting of project status
  • Schedule and track of project tasks, deliverables and milestones

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience required in streamlining ticketing processes and policies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a business discipline
  • 4-8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Master's degree and 2-6 years of prior experience accepted
  • ServiceNow experience
