Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Software Asset Management
Analyze and reconcile software licensing contracts into actionable license reconciliation rules
Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support the Software Asset Management function

Required Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management
Knowledge of software licensing terms and conditions
Familiarity with Configuration Management and Discovery in ServiceNow
Experience in analyzing large data sets related to software installations and license reconciliation
Fundamental understanding of ITIL principles
