Job Summary

A software and IT company is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Software Asset Management Specialist in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing implementation and professional services for customers/clients
  • Providing guidance on best practices, solution architecture and roadmap
  • Assisting in sales activities including customer demo’s, RFPs and other

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willing to travel
  • Experience with ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)
  • Certifications in ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)
  • 2+ years in a consulting or software implementation position
  • Understanding of and experience selling to enterprise IT architecture
  • Background or understanding of ITIL, Service Management, IT Operations Management
