Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Solution Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign
  • Sharing best practices and being consultative throughout the technical design of the Project
  • Assisting with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must have a Secret Clearance
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tool configuration and custom development
  • Experience with other ITSM software
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
  • 3-6 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Proven Solutions consulting experience
