Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
Must be able to:
- Drive solution implementation and advising the project on viable technical solution options
- Craft and deliver requirements/design workshop materials
- Perform elements of solution implementation
Position Requirements Include:
- 25% travel
- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, etc.
- Experience leading at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and ITOM processes and solutions
- 3+ years operating and/or implementing monitoring and event management solutions
- 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience
