Job Summary
An information technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote ServiceNow System Developer Administrator in Chantilly.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using a self-hosted ServiceNow solution, design and implement the user controls and policies.
- Setting up, supporting and maintaining ServiceNow platform and applications
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and notifications for all ServiceNow modules including ITSM
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- A minimum 5 years of overall experience in ServiceNow, architecting, and development
- Expertise in JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with team members at all levels, including business operations, technology, and management
- Computing Environment Certification for ServiceNow System Administrator with minimum of New York release
