Job Summary
A leader in situation awareness research needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing ServiceNow development assistance to customers
- Coordinating with the Engagement Manager or Customer to understand business requirements
- Translating business needs into technical requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong personal commitment to quality service
- The ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work remotely and with remote resources as needed
- 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with common web technologies and networking
