Job Summary

An information technology and services company specializing in IT service management, project delivery, and managed services is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Technical Implementation Consultant and Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with our clients to design and implement new solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Working on a variety of highly diverse projects, with many focused on long-term, complex projects for enterprise clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel: estimated at less than 20%
  • Ability to work PST hours remotely to support West Coast customers
  • Experience supporting at least one ServiceNow implementation
  • 1+ year of ServiceNow system administration and development experience
  • ServiceNow technical configuration and development including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, setup of core integrations and development of reports and dashboards
  • Experience with web technologies scripting (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
