Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote ServiceNow Technical Writer will develop, edit, and maintain ServiceNow documentation while collaborating with program teams and subject matter experts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and maintain various ServiceNow documentation, including SOPs and user guides
- Collaborate with program teams and ServiceNow SMEs to document platform administration processes
- Manage the program's knowledge management repository and ensure consistent documentation standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical writer, specifically with ServiceNow or similar ITSM environments
- Proven ability to translate complex technical content for diverse audiences
- Experience managing multiple documentation requests against deadlines
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
