Job Summary

An IT service management company is filling a position for a Remote ServiceNow Trainer in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing large groups of entry-level to senior-level software professionals
• Delivering practical hands-on training in the ServiceNow platform
• Delivering and improving a high-quality, instructor-led and online training program

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be open to domestic travel to meet the needs of our training courses
• 6 months with implementation, configuration, and customization in ServiceNow
• 6 months of experience with implementation and deployment of ServiceNow
• Must have extended or modified the functionality of ServiceNow using scripting
• 6 months of successful ServiceNow System Administration training
• 6 months of experience training groups of people with hands-on courses
