Job Summary
A publishing company has an open position for a Remote Services and Software Staff Writer.
Must be able to:
- Write and publish stories under deadline
- Write strong headlines and descriptions, and select compelling thumbnail images
- Scan press releases and social media to discover new products in security and web services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
- 2+ years of digital journalism experience
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or English
- Experience with spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
- Experience testing, evaluating and analyzing consumer products
- Experience writing under tight deadlines
