Job Summary
A workforce management solution provider has an open position for a Remote Services Business Development Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop current and future end-to-end process documentation and flow diagrams
- Manage and develop Enablement opportunities including formal and informal learning and key performance
- Engage with Services Business Development community sharing best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA in Business, Communications, or a related experience
- 7 plus years of Program Management or Operations business experience
- Working knowledge of Services PSA and Quoting systems such as Open Air and Oracle CPQ
- Strategic thinker, problem solver and analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills with an ability to adapt easily to changing needs of the business
