Job Summary
A provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions has an open position for a Remote Services Enablement Associate Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in creating, managing, and executing learning programs across platforms
- Managing the work of instructional designers
- Managing learning projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to travel up to 20%
- 7+ years of experience managing curriculum design and development
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Demonstrated success in leading curriculum design and development initiatives
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of adult learning, experiential learning, blended/hybrid learning design
