A cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Services Engineering Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing technical leadership & solution strategy for enterprise customers
• Defining and maintaining standard project management practices and methodologies
• Guiding the vision, growth, and use of our technology assets

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant consulting leadership experience in professional services
• 5+ years of experience developing strategic and tactical plans
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Experience defining and solving pressing business challenges for customers
• Knowledge of the concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables
• Technical acumen to develop production-grade reusable assets that address common solution needs
