Job Summary

A company specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) software has an open position for a Remote Services Leader Public Sector Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the post-sales Services customer relationship and experience for a portfolio of Public Sector projects
  • Monitoring and managing customer engagements, using both internal and subcontracted resources, to ensure successful project execution
  • Developing and implementing solutions to ensure customers achieve their business objectives for purchasing Tableau

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years in Public Sector Consulting or a Professional Services Delivery role
  • Having strong technical skills across various technologies and impeccable business acumen
  • Being a leader and self starter who can lead with authority, coordinate multiple efforts towards common goals, and help other team members excel
  • Having excellent communication skills
  • Having the ability to find the best talent to bring onboard to help the company continue to become one of the best in the world
