- Prioritizing and managing customer concerns
- Leading regularly scheduled conference calls
- Reviewing overall performance and progress
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel requirements for the position - 1-2 times per quarter
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have strong data analysis and presentation skills
