Job Summary

A cloud HCM suite platform is filling a position for a Remote Services Onboarding Lead Business Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with Delivery field hiring managers to design and develop onboarding plans
  • Providing Onboarding plan for new Global Delivery Resources
  • Acclimating new-hires to Global Delivery Services and their onboarding resources

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to react quickly to new and unexpected requirements in need of response
  • Strategic short term, long term vision and execution capabilities
  • Process-oriented with process documentation experience
  • Proven experience managing a team of non-direct reports
