Job Summary

A customer success platform developer is in need of a Remote Services Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying trends and patterns in customer low CSATs and escalations
  • Driving continuous improvement in areas identified in partnership with various stakeholders
  • Proactively monitoring idle cases by severity to avoid escalations and potential low CSATs

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ Years in call center environment or Customer Support Experience.
  • Demonstrated analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills expertise
  • Detailed, organized and results oriented
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
