Remote Services Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Project Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation job support through inbound and outbound communication with customers, service providers, and stores
• Ensure projects are scheduled within SLA and coordinate product delivery to meet timelines
• Document all interactions and manage Work Order issues post-project completion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry
• Preferred: Experience in a contact center environment
