Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Services Regional Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with Sales and customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Providing deployment planning, adoption and operational strategy
- Directly managing up to 12 employees
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years Services Management and or Program Management combined experience
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Software deployments in discussion with clients and prospects
- Ability to provide customers with clear guidance on implementation and adoption strategies
- Ability to execute services engagements that meet customer expectations
