Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Services Regional Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Working with Sales and customers to understand business and technical requirements
  • Providing deployment planning, adoption and operational strategy
  • Directly managing up to 12 employees

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5+ years Services Management and or Program Management combined experience
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Software deployments in discussion with clients and prospects
  • Ability to provide customers with clear guidance on implementation and adoption strategies
  • Ability to execute services engagements that meet customer expectations
