Job Summary
A financial and professional services firm is filling a position for a Remote Servicing Quality Control Audit Setup Specialist I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review loan packages and data files
- Review servicing documentation and/or data files
- Elevate questions to management when such items arise
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least one-year preferred servicing or loan closing experience
- Ability to meet production quality and service standards
- Excellent PC skills; high level of proficiency in Microsoft products
- Analytical ability and good judgment
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Excel
- General overall knowledge of Residential Mortgage Servicing practices
